Drop In Class: Contortion
Wednesdays 5:30pm to 6:45pm
Prerequisites: Be able to hold a bridge for at least 15 seconds, must be able to kick into a handstand briefly, willing to work hard!
This class is intended for students who are already flexible and want to start focusing on contortion level skills i.e. chest stand, forearm stand scorpions, oversplits, walkovers and kickovers, needles, crocs, catch ankles, contortion handstands and more! My focus during class will be active flexibility over passive stretches, correct technique of entering and exiting poses safely, and strengthening for your end range of motion to stay injury free!
18+ only, unless with teacher permission.
