Drop in Class: Meet Me at the Barre
Tuesdays 7:00pm to 8:15pm
A barre-based ballet conditioning class designed to help circus artists (and recreational movers!) build strength and grace. Through both standing and floor barre (fantastic for active flex in the air!), we will focus on creating fluidity through the body, learning how to shape the feet into a correct pointe position, finding your true turn-out, and exploring ballet positions that are commonly used in circus. All levels welcome. Expect both traditional barre/ballet exercises and bonus conditioning for abs, upper body, and flexibility. Don't pass on this chance to work your passè!
