Drop In Classes: Beginning Contortion and Acrobatics 101

Wednesdays 6:45pm to 8:00pm
Gentle contortion style training to work splits, oversplits, open shoulders, backbends from standing, foot to head, etc. We'll play with different poses and ways to get into them. Active flexibility is a focus of this class and we utilize a lot of hands-on adjustments and spotting. Intermediate level flexibility is suggested but not required. Must have a willingness and desire to push yourself and be pushed.
