    FLEXIBILITY (All Levels)

    Mondays at 6:45pm with Kelsey.

    No Prerequisites

    This all-levels flexibility class is perfect for those who want to work towards their splits, learn the basics of backbends like getting into a bridge, and gain overall flexibility to nail those aerial moves! There will be a mix of active flexibility drills, passive holds, and strengthening exercises. Beginner-Advanced

    LYRA (Intermediate +/-)

    Thursdays at 7:45pm with Monica.

    Prerequisites: A basic knowledge of aerial beginner moves, such as knee hooks

    Learn the fundamentals on this circular aerial apparatus. The shape of the hoop frames and highlights as we perform classic circus shapes. We'll learn tricks, transitions and play a bit with spinning and sequencing. This class is great for high level beginner, intermediate, and low level advanced students!

    No Prerequisites

    Come in to practice, play, and train. You are welcome to use the equipment, practice skills from class, do your own thing, or train with circus friends. This is NOT A CLASS, and instruction is strictly prohibited during this time.

    SILKS (Beginner/Intermediate)

    No Prerequisites

    Learn how to climb the fabric, invert, and sequence aerial silks tricks together in this class. Start low to the ground and build up to new heights. No experience necessary. There will be a mix of conditioning, creative exploration, and silk theory.

    SILKS (Intermediate/Advance)

    Mondays at 5:45pm with Kelsey.

    Prerequisites: Must be able to invert in the air multiple times throughout class, windmill hip key off the ground & slow roll down from the top of the silk

    Work your fabric brain and your body! This class is for students that are already comfortable spending time in the air. We'll work creative ways into and out of skills, new and harder tricks, and have some fun with sequencing.

    SLING (Beginner)

    For beginners interested in dancing on aerial fabric. Sling, also called Hammock, is an aerial fabric hung in a U shape. This class will teach basic mounts, poses, drops and beautiful choreography. Increased strength and flexibility for all bodies (yes you too!), in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere.

    TRAPEZE (Intermediate)

    Let us show you the ropes of this quintessential circus act! In this class we will show you the basics of moving on and around the static trapeze in a safe supportive environment. Once you have mastered the foundations of this classic circus apparatus, we will introduce tricks above and below the bar, and in the ropes. Bars are hung low (4-7 feet). We welcome all fitness levels, shapes, and sizes.
